IAM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IAM Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring the security and automation of user identity processes across applications and infrastructures.

Your work will involve designing and maintaining IAM solutions, automating access management workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM systems, collaborating closely with security, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and enhanced security.

1. Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to meet organizational security requirements (EntraID).
2. Analyze and evaluate existing IAM systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
3. Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
4. Manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
5. Lead IAM-related projects, including system migrations, integrations, and upgrades.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored IAM solutions.
7. Perform regular audits of access rights and manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in a timely manner.
9. Monitor and respond to security events related to identity and access management.
10. Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threats to continually improve solutions.

1. You have at least 4 years of experience in the technical expertise of IAM solutions.
2. You are adaptable to different projects.
3. You have a good level of English.
4. You are familiar with cybersecurity aspects.
5. You are curious and always seek solutions.
6. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. You are familiar with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
2. You have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
3. You have programming skills to automate IAM processes using languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc.
4. You are familiar with popular IAM solutions such as Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure AD, etc.
5. Certifications recommended: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, SailPoint, CyberArk, Wallix, etc.
