A recognition that reinforces the company’s role in the national cybersecurity landscape
Rome, March 31st, 2026 – Neverhack Italy S.p.A., company of Neverhack Group and a leading player in the cybersecurity sector, has officially joined a select group of Accredited Testing Laboratories (LAP) certified by the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), having obtained upper-intermediate level accreditation for the Software and Network sector.
The establishment of the LAPs, whose accreditations are granted in accordance with Prime Ministerial Decree No. 92 of May 18, 2022, marks a decisive step forward in the Italian system’s ability to safeguard the security of digital technologies in the most sensitive sectors, such as energy, transport, telecommunications, economics and finance, and public administration.
Accredited Testing Laboratories play a key role in supporting the ACN in assessing the security of ICT assets, systems and services procured by organisations and companies falling within the National Cyber Security Perimeter. Through advanced analysis and testing activities, the LAPs help to ensure that the technologies adopted in critical contexts are reliable and adequately protected against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
In a landscape where digital technology drives the country’s essential services, the ability to test and validate hardware and software before they are put into use is a key factor for national security.
