Site Access

The use of services offered by the NEVERHACK group is exclusively reserved for adults and/or persons, natural or legal, legally capable of entering into a contract.

The NEVERHACK HUB allows access to a set of online services intended for our customers, in this case:

1. Challenge: An online application dedicated to recruitment and application management. It allows creating recruitment tests, managing applications, and monitoring candidates. Challenge is also a tool for managing skills and employee evaluations. The use of this application must be subject to prior information to the persons concerned (Articles L.1222-4 and L.1221-6 and L.1221-9 of the Labor Code) by the employer.
2. Analyze: An online application to improve the security of your domain names by conducting an in-depth analysis including detection of vulnerabilities related to IP addresses, port scanning to identify potential access points, as well as implementation of targeted remediation solutions to strengthen the protection of your online domain.
3. Rate: A cybersecurity rating tool. It allows you to rate your company on cybersecurity risks. This solution allows you to evaluate your Cybersecurity posture.
4. Supply: Marketplace for the distribution of our solutions and products

Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the structure and content, of whatever nature, of the Site (including images, sounds, videos, photographs, texts, animated images, logos, data) are the exclusive property of the NEVERHACK group. These elements of intellectual or industrial property are made available to Visitors, exclusively in the context of using the Site in accordance with these general terms of use.

NEVERHACK's responsibility cannot be engaged in the following hypotheses:
