Innovery, a Security IT and critical infrastructure Italian company, is founded. Deep OT security and critical infrastructure expertise begins building the group's European footprint.
Estonia operations
NEVERHACK establishes operations in Estonia, reinforcing its Baltic presence and expanding sovereign cybersecurity capabilities across Eastern Europe.
Spain, Mexico & USA expansion
International expansion accelerates with operations launched in Spain, Mexico, and the United States — bringing sovereign cybersecurity expertise to new markets.
Proprietary AI Algorithm & Cyber AI Research Lab
NEVERHACK develops its own AI algorithm for cybersecurity — a founding technical milestone. Launch of the AI Cyber Research Laboratory in Rennes, combining academic excellence with defence-grade applied research.
Seela — Cyber training with Airbus
Seela, a cyber training platform built in partnership with Airbus, is launched. CyberRange exercises and attack/defence simulations at aerospace-grade standards.
Canada operations
NEVERHACK expands to Canada, strengthening its North American presence and extending sovereign cybersecurity capabilities across the Atlantic.
NEVERHACK group formed
Merger of Silicom and Seela creates a unified Cyber Services Platform. Innovery joins the group, combining French and Italian expertise into one global cybersecurity powerhouse.
Belgium operations
NEVERHACK opens its Belgian hub, reinforcing its presence at the heart of Europe and deepening capabilities in electronic warfare and NATO-aligned cyber defence.
Major M&A expansion
